5th International Symposium on Flow Applications in Aerospace

Direction

Investigation and resolution of complex aerospace flows, leading to enhanced designs, have been of primary interest to the aerospace industry while having created major areas of study in academia, which have in turn contributed significantly to the progressive developments in this field.
This symposium focuses on the following broad topics:
- Fluid Dynamics
- Multi-physics Dynamics including fluid-solid interactions
- Multi-scale investigations and constitutive modeling approach
- Examples include, but not limited to, investigations and advancements made in either of the research, design, manufacturing, performance testing and evaluation phase pertaining to:
- Aeroacoustics and (Unsteady) Aerodynamics
- Aeroelasticity
- Propulsion and Power Systems
- Rocket Propellant and Combustion
- Loading Actions and the Resulting Structural Dynamics
- Aerospace Aerodynamic Design and Multi-disciplinary Design Optimization
- Flight Mechanics
- Micro-gravity, Space Habitat and Space Fluid Systems
