Abstract

With the rapidly growing computing performance in recent years, the accuracy and convenience of numerical computation for various phenomena are improved year by year. However, even now, there are many demands of high precision and efficiency for phenomenal model. In relevant it, in the sphere of fluid dynamics, there is been an increase to develop new measurement method that enhance the cooperation between computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and experimental fluid dynamics (EFD).

ツTo develop the reliable model, the validation and verification with a wide variety of physical quantity between the CFD and EFD is essential for every case. But a number of popular measurement methods can perform only for single physical quantity.

Here we introduce the some methods using high-speed camera which can do multiple measurement for physical quantity.

Key words

High-speed camera, Flow Measurement, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Pressure Sensitive Paint, Temperature Sensitive Paint.
